Most items listed on the website are in stock and ready to ship. When an item is in stock, we can usually ship it out within 2 business days. In the case that we need to contact you or obtain further information from you to verify an order, you will be notified within 1 business day after your order has been placed. In case your order cannot be shipped out within 3 business days, we will inform you by email with an estimated dispatch date. You may decide to continue with the order or request to cancel order. A full refund will be issued within 5 business days after your request.
Orders are normally delivered within 12 to 15 business days.

Such liability will cease once the goods is delivered to the designated destination. Wonda Mobile is not responsible for the aforementioned liability or any dispute arisen with regards to the delivery of goods. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to assist you in any event that you need to contact the courier to resolve a matter.
*If you are in receipt of a damaged or tampered parcel, you have to notify us within 48 hours of receipt. After this time, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.
